A Stay round was caught inside the chamber and it wouldn't eject. Had to call above a spread hand to assist with the issue, and he wound up being forced to unjam it using a barrel rod. I have shot Countless brass rounds without a single failure, yet 6 rounds into this steel cased ammo and it experienced a massive malfunction. I do not advocate this
